Alfa Ica (India) appoints company secretary

With effect from 01 February 2015

Alfa Ica (India) announced that Jhanki Girdharilal Poptani has been appointed as the Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 01 February 2015 and is designated as the Compliance Officer of the Company With effect from 06 February 2015 in compliance to Clause 47 (a) of Equity Listing Agreement.
