Housing Development Finance Corporation allots equity shares

Under stock options

Housing Development Finance Corporation announced that the Corporation on 20 February 2015 allotted 1,45,975 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees/director.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 314,55,19,690 consisting of 157,27,59,845 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
