Axis Bank allots 17000 equity shares under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 17,000 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on 30 December 2019, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 563,94,71,926 (281,97,35,963 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 563,95,05,926 (281,197,52,963 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
