Outcome of board meeting of Snowman Logistics

The Board of Snowman Logistics at its meeting held on 27 December 2019 has approved the draft share purchase agreement to be entered by and amongst Gateway Distriparks (Seller), Adani Logistics (Purchaser) and Snowman Logistics (Target Company).

Gateway Distriparks, the promoter of Snowman Logistics, proposed to sell the entire shareholding held in the Snowman to Adani Logistics.

The expected date of completion of sale of shares will be on or before 31 March 2020.
