Axis Bank allots 3,600 equity shares under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 3,600 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on 30 March 2020, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 564,33,48,668 (282,16,74,334 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 564,33,55,868 (282,16,77,934 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
