Axis Bank allots equity shares

Under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 2,26,540 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 22 September 2014, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 471,80,81,116 (235,90,40,558 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 471,85,34,196 (235,92,67,098 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
