Balmer Lawrie & Company announced that Shyam Sundar Khuntia has been appointment as the CFO of the Company, in place of Manoj Lakhanpal, at the meeting of the Audit Committee held on 28 March 2016 and meeting of Board of Directors held on 31 March 2016 with immediate effect.
