BEML announced that pursuant to Article 97 of the Articles of Association of the Company, the President of India has appointed D K Hota to the post of Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) of the Company and accordingly he assumed his office on 01 July 2016. Prior to assuming his office, he was the Director (HR) on the Board of the Company.Further, the Company informed that P Dwarakanath, ceased to be the CMD of the Company consequent upon his attaining the superannuation on 30 June 2016.
