Board of ABB India accepts resignation of CFO

At meeting held on 10 February 2015

ABB India announced that Amlan Datta Majumdar, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company, has resigned and his letter of resignation has been noted and taken on record by the Board at its meeting held on 10 February 2015. Majumdar will be relieved from the services as per the Company's policy.
