Outcome of board meeting of Natco Pharma

Held on 11 February 2015

Natco Pharma announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 February 2015, inter alia, has take on record the following:

1. Dr. M. U. R. Naidu appointed as Additional Director of the Company.

2. Dr. D. Linga Rao, President (Technical Affairs) appointed as Additional Director of the Company who will be in the wholetime employment of the Company and be designated as Director & President (Technical Affairs).

3. The Board also took on record the acquisition of Natco Organics promoters stake; thereby Natco Organics became 100% subsidiary.
