Board of Bajaj Finserv recommends interim dividend

Bajaj Finserv announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 9 March 2016, inter alia, have recommended the interim dividend of Rs 1.75 per equity Share (i.e. 35%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
