Board of Phoenix Mills recommends dividend

Of Rs 1.75 per share

Phoenix Mills announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 9 March 2016, inter alia, have recommended the dividend of Rs 1.75 per equity Share (i.e. 87.5%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
