Board of Chemfab Alkalis declares final dividend

Of Rs 1.25 per equity share

Chemfab Alkalis has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 April 2014, inter alia, have recommended a payment of final dividend of Rs 1.25 per equity share of Rs 5 each (25%).
