Board of Hester Biosciences approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 30 June 2015

Hester Biosciences announced that the outcome of the Resolutions Passed by Board of Directors by Circulation on 30 June 2015:

1. The Board has approved the appointment of Apaji Amin and Company LLP, Chartered Accountants, Ahmedabad as Statutory Auditors of the Company for the year 2015-16.

2. The Board has approved the resignation of Naman Patel as an Alternate Director to Dr. Siba Samal.

3. The Board has approved the appointment of Naman Patel as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company with effect from 30 June 2015.
