Source Industries (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 June 2015, has approved the following:

1. Accepted the Resignation of Sai Keerthana Grandhi as Director of the Company.

2. Appointed N. Laxshmi Satyasri (Woman Director) as Non Executive & Independent Director of the Company.
