Board of Hexaware Technologies recommends interim dividend

Hexaware Technologies announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 February 2015, inter alia, have recommended the interim dividend of Rs 2.5 per equity Share (i.e. 125%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
