Board of Aptech recommends dividend

Of Rs 1.5 per share

Aptech announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 9 February 2015, inter alia, have recommended the dividend of Rs 1.5 per equity Share (i.e. 15%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
