Board of IRB Infrastructure Developers approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 05 February 2015

IRB Infrastructure Developers announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 05 February 2015, inter alia, has:

1. Appointed Sandeep J. Shah as an Additional Director (Non Executive, Independent) of the Company.

2. Re-appointed Mukeshlal Gupta as Whole Time Director for a further period of 3 years with effect from 01 February 2015.

3. Took note of resignation of Vinod Sethi as a Director of the Company.
