Board of J L Morison (India) appoints directors

At meeting held on 24 December 2014

J L Morison (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 December 2014, has transacted the following:

1. Sandip Das is appointed as an Additional (Executive and CEO) Director of the Company for a period of 3 years w.e.f. 24 December 2014.

2. Dinesh Sharma is appointed as an Additional (Independent) Director of the Company for a period of five years w.e.f. 24 December 2014.
