Eldeco Housing & Industries announces change in company secretary

With effect from 08 December 2014

Eldeco Housing & Industries announced that Shruti Gupta has resigned from the post of Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 04 December 2014 and Anuj Ahluwalia is appointed as the Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 08 December 2014 and the same has been considered by the Board.
