Khaitan (India) announced that M/s. Chaturvedi & Co. Chartered Accountants had resigned from the Statutory Auditors of the Company. The Board of Directors in its meeting held on 13 March 2015 has accepted the resignation of M/s Chaturvedi & Co. and appointed M/s O. P. Sharma & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Room No. 80, 5th Floor, Sharma Market, 9, Old China Bazar Street, Kolkata to fill the casual vacancy as Statutory Auditors for the year 2014-15 till conclusion of the next General Meeting.
