Radha Madhav Corporation announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 March 2015 has transacted the following :- The Board of Directors has appointed women Director Noopur Mishra on the Board of the Company to act as an Additional Director (Independent), for the period of 5 years w.e.f. 26 March 2015.
