Board of Kumaka Industries reverses investment decision

At meeting held on 27 February 2016

Kumaka Industries announced that that at the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company held on 06 July 2015, it was decided to make investment of Rs. 1,00,000/- in Equity shares of Pinnacle Therapeutics, so to make it wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

However, the Board of Directors of the Company has reversed the said decision and decided not to go for investment due to non availability of requisite finance at their meeting held on 27 February 2016. Pinnacle Therapeutics is not the subsidiary of the Company.
