Board of Kwality approves Preliminary Placement Document for proposed QIP issue

The Board of Kwality at its meeting held on 12 September 2018 has discussed and approved the Preliminary Placement Document and other incidental activities for the proposed placement of equity shares to QIBs aggregating to issue size of up to Rs 80 crore.
