The Board of Lloyds Steels Industries at its meeting held on 31 May 2021 has appointed Mukesh Gupta (DIN:00028347), the Promoter of the Company as a Whole Time Director (Designated as Chairman & Whole Time Director) of the Company for a period of three (3) years with effect from 31 May 2021 subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
