Magma Fincorp allots 10.09 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Magma Fincorp has allotted 10,09,649 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each at a exercise price of Rs. 2/-, Rs. 39.45 & Rs. 60/- per share to the eligible employees of the Company under Magma Employee Stock Option Plan 2007.

Pursuant to this allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the Company will stand increased to Rs. 152,86,81,294 consisting of 76,43,40,647 Nos.
