Board of Maan Aluminium approves change in director

At meeting held on 14 November 2014

Maan Aluminium announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 November 2014, has appointed Ashish Jain and Atul Jain, as additional Directors of the Company.

Further the Company has informed that, Amit Jain, Director of the Company has been appointed as Chairman of the audit committee in the said Board Meeting.
