Sita Shree Food Products announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 November 2014, inter alia, has transacted the following business:- Amalgamation of GG Real Estate with its holding company Sita Shree Food Products is approved by the Hon'ble High court at Indore in the hearing held on 18 November 2014. Order of the High Court was placed, considered and taken on record by the Board.
