Board of Mukesh Strips approves appointment of directors

At meeting held on 30 May 2015

Mukesh Strips announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May 2015 approved the appointment of Krishan Chand Gupta and Deepak Gupta, as additional directors of the Company pursuant to the provisions of section 161 of the companies act, 2013, listing agreement and any other applicable provisions, if any.
