Board of Tirupati Fincorp approves appointment of CFO and compliance officer

At meeting held on 18 June 2015

Tirupati Fincorp announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 18 June 2015 has passed the following resolutions:

1. The Board considered and accepted the appointment of Minu Muthu for the post of Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

2. The Board considered and approved the appointment of Sudhir Bhikhalal Parekh as a Compliance Officer of the Company.

3. The Board formulated, and approved procedure on Unpublished price sensitive information (UPSI) as per fair Code of Conduct under regulation 8 and Code of Conduct under regulation 9 of Prohibition of Insider trading regulation 2015 to be effected from 15 May 2015.
