Board of Orient Refractories approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 11 February 2015

Orient Refractories announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 February 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following :

1. Erwin Jankovits, was appointed by the Board as Non- Executive Director of the Company.

2. Vijay Sharma, an independent director was elected as Chairman of the Company.
