At meeting held on 22 February 2021

The Board of Page Industries at its meeting held on 22 February 2021 has approved the appointment of appointment of V S Ganesh (DIN: 07822261) as "Executive Director & Chief Executive Officer" of the Company for a period of 5 years effective 01 June 2021. Consequent to the elevation of Ganesh to Executive Director & CEO, the Board has shortened his present term of Executive Director - Manufacturing and Operation to the closing hours on 31 May 2021.
