PBM Polytex announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 September 2014, has transacted the following:1. The Board of Directors has unanimously appointed Vinita S. Modi as Woman Director with effect from 20 September 2014.
2. The Board of Directors has unanimously given the charge of Chief Financial Officer of the Company to Mohan Kumar Patodia, Managing Director with effect from 20 September 2014 and also re-designated him as Managing Director cum Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
