SMIFS Capital Markets announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 September 2014, have appointed a Women Director, Ramya Hariharan in pursuance of Clause 49 (II)(A)(1) and Clause 30 (a) of the Listing Agreement.
