The Board of Prestige Estates Projects at its meeting held on 02 August 2019 has have appointed Neelam Chhiber (DIN: 00838007) as additional Director in the capacity of Non-Executive, Independent for a period of 5 years with effect from 01 August 2019, to 31 July 2024 subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
