At meeting held on 08 June 2016
Surya Roshni announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 08 June 2016 has considered and approved the scheme of amalgamation of Surya Global Steel Tubes with Company. The Company holds 26.99% of the equity shares of the Surya Global Steel Tubes.The above scheme of amalgamation shall be subject to the approval of High Court, shareholders and creditors of both the companies.
