Emmsons International announced that the Company has entered into Sale/ Purchase Agreement with AMBER FARMS, Singapore, an unrelated party, for sale of entire shareholding of wholly owned subsidiary Emmsons Grains, Cyprus, for net consideration of USD 1,168,258.00 (USD One million one hundred sixty eight thousand two hundred fifty eight only) and as approved by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on 08 June 2016.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
