Castex Technologies allots equity shares

On conversion of FCCBs

Castex Technologies announced that Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on 15 June 2015 have 1,99,95,234 Equity Shares at Rs. 103.005/- per share upon the Conversion of FCCB's of US $ 41 Million out of FCCB's Issue of US $ 130 Million.

The Committee further allotted 44,45,290 Equity Shares at Rs. 103.005/- per shares upon Conversion of FCCBs of US $ 8.2 Million out of FCCBs issue of US $ 70 Million.
