Board of Zenith Computers decides to voluntarily delist shares from NSE

At meeting held on 13 June 2015

Zenith Computers announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 June 2015, has passed a Resolution to VOLUNTARILY DELIST the Companys Equity Shares from NSE on and from the date the Company and NSE would mutually agree to do so; however, the Company's Equity Shares would continue to be listed on the BSE which has nation-wide terminals as prescribed by the sais SEBI Guidelines.
