Zenith Computers announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 June 2015, has passed a Resolution to VOLUNTARILY DELIST the Companys Equity Shares from NSE on and from the date the Company and NSE would mutually agree to do so; however, the Company's Equity Shares would continue to be listed on the BSE which has nation-wide terminals as prescribed by the sais SEBI Guidelines.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
