CEAT gets reaffirmation in credit ratings from India Ratings

CEAT announced that India Ratings and Research has affirmed/assigned the Company's Long-Term Issuer Rating at 'IND AA', affirming the Outlook to be stable.

The instrument-wise rating actions are as under:

Term Loans - IND AA/Stable
Proposed term loans - Provisional IND AA/Stable
Commercial Papers - IND A1+
