Cipla allots equity shares

Under ESOS

Cipla announced that Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company on 17 June 2015 allotted 1,30,548 equity shares of Rs.2/- each pursuant to exercise of the stock options by the option grantee under Employee Stock Option Scheme 2013-B.

Consequently, the issued share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 1,60,81,88,766 comprising of 80,40,94,383 equity shares of face value Rs.2/- each. The paid-up & subscribed share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 1,60,61,81,976 comprising of 80,30,90,988 equity shares of face value Rs.2/-each.
