Board of MSP Steel & Power approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 17 June 2015

MSP Steel & Power announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 17 June 2015 has:

1. Noted the resignation of Arvind Kumar Saraf, Non Executive Independent Director of the Company from the directorship of the Company and from all the Board Committees w.e.f. 17 June 2015; and

2. Appointed Kapil Deo Pandey as the Non-executive Independent Director of the Company and in the Committees of the Board w.e.f. 17 June 2015.
