Due to allotment of bonus equity shares
Colgate-Palmolive (India) announced that on 30 July 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company approved the Issue of Bonus Equity Shares.On 11 September 2015, the shareholders, through the Postal Ballot approved the resolution of issue of bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1 to the eligible shareholders of the Company.
On 28 September 2015 the Stakeholders' Relationship Committee in their meeting approved the allotment of Bonus Equity Shares.
On account of allotment of the bonus shares, the paid-up capital of the Company will stand increased. The details of increase of the paid-up capital are as under:
- Original Paid-up Capital: Rs. 13,59,92,817/-
- Increased paid-up capital: Rs. 27,19,85,634/-.
