Corporate Courier & Cargo gets NCLT approval for comprehensive scheme of arrangement

Corporate Courier & Cargo announced that the NCLT, Mumbai Bench has approved the comprehensive scheme of arrangement for the demerger of the (a) Engineering Services Business of the company with Harish Textile Engineers (HTEL) and of (b) the real estate business of the company with Mahesh Developers.
