Eastern Treads will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 28 April 2015, to consider, approve and take on record the audited financial results for the period ended 31 March 2015, recommendation of final dividend if any, Subdivision of Shares, and alteration of Articles of Association and Memorandum of Association the Company.
