FCS Software Solutions announced that the directors in board meeting held on 26 February 2014 have approved the allotment of 40 crores equity shares of Re 1 each ranking pari-passu in lieu of 40 crores convertible warrants allotted on preferential basis to promoters and non- promoter group.
