At board meeting held on 20 November 2014
Financial Technologies (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 November 2014 approved appointment of Prashant Desai, President as MD & CEO of the Company.The Board has inducted Nisha Dutt, Sunil Shah and Miten Mehta as Non-Executive Directors and Jigish Sonagra and Rajendra Mehta as Executive Directors.
Manjay Shah and Dewang Neralla will exit from Board of the Company.
Dewang Neralla will become MD & CEO of Atom Technologies.
Manjay Shah will become MD & CEO of Tickerplant.
The Board also approved ' JS Digital Innovator Award' to be established to honour contribution of the Company's Founder Jignesh Shah.
