Indo Thai Securities announces resignation of directors

With effect from 07 November 2014

Indo Thai Securities announced that on the basis of intimation given to Company by Dhanpal Doshi and Parasmal Doshi, they both (i.e. Dhanpal Doshi and Parasmal Doshi) who were also Director in Oscar Buildcon had been resigned from the post of Directorship and not associated with such Company from 07 November 2014. Further, they had also transferred their total shareholding held in such Company.
