Foreign portfolio investors (FPIs) sold stocks worth a net Rs 2181.26 crore into the secondary equity markets on 19 September 2018 as compared to net selling of Rs 1113.50 crore on 18 September 2018.
The net outflow of Rs 2181.26 crore into the secondary equity markets on 19 September 2018 was a result of gross purchases of Rs 4286.89 crore and gross sales of Rs 6468.15 crore.
There was a net outflow of Rs 4.52 crore into the 'primary market & others' category on 19 September 2018.
