Funny Software announces change in directorate

With effect from 07 December 2015

Funny Software announced that Sachin Singh the Whole Time Director of the Company had resigned from the Directorship of the Company and further to this effect Ram Naresh had been appointed as the Whole Time Director of the Company w.e.f. 07 December 2015.
